Family Fun Fair

The Family Fun Fair is a community event designed for you to connect and interact with members from the community. We want this family friendly so please have something at your booth/table to interact with everyone! This could include a game, interactive activity/handout, coupon, etc. Have fun in your planning! 
There are select tables available so if you have your own table to bring vendor fee is $25 and if you need a table provided vendor fee is $35. Each space is about 8x6 (this may differ slightly with outdoor spots being larger). WiFi will be available but hotspots and your own power source (like portable chargers) may be in your best interest to bring. If a phone dies or WiFi is overloaded, you may want to have a backup plan with you incase we aren’t able to get you close to an outlet. 
There will be available daycare through the church’s childcare for an additional charge per child (this is outside of the vendor fee and only available to vendors). They will need confirmation by July 1st of how many kids and ages. They would also need to know if you would like daycare for setup, event time, or both.
